Impressions of Sri Lanka

 

Sri Lanka does not only offer lots of spreadout beaches, but also many facettes of nature. Particulary the area in central Sri Lanka is in great contrast to the rest of all. Around Nuwara Eliya tea plants, vegetables and belts of fog are lining the picture of Sri Lanka. Even though Sri Lanka is a farily small country, it´s the fourth biggest tea producer worldwide. Mainly black tea, such as popular Lipton tea, are produces in Sri Lanka.

We travelled from Colombo though the central part of Sri Lanka towards south coast and along here we went back to colombo alongside Sri Lanka´s west coast.
